- Seven Seas JointCare MAX Glucosamine twin pack: 60 capsules (omega-3, glucosamine, chondroitin, vitamins C and D, zinc, manganese) plus 60 glucosamine tablets, 2 months supply.
- Glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, 1830 mg.
- Take 1 JointCare capsule and 1 glucosamine tablet a day with cold water during a meal.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage. Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue.
Food supplements should not replace a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
