Is a moisturiser with SPF enough for Sri Lanka's sun?
An SPF moisturiser protects only as well as the amount you apply. Use enough to cover your face and neck, apply it as the last skincare step, and reapply after sweating, swimming or several hours outdoors. A separate sunscreen step makes it easier to apply a generous layer.
